Just some tips :)

If you have a square face…

Try oval or round sunglasses. Wearing the right sunglasses is all about balancing everything out. The oval shape should soften up your angular features. If you have strong features, you’ll probably want to find sunglasses that don’t have an extremely thick frame. Sometimes thick frames have the tendency to be almost overpowering.

If you’ve got a round face…

You might want to find sunglasses that are square or rectangular. Again, balance is the key concept here. To make sure you don’t get lost in a sea of soft curves, bring in some shades that are either equal to your face width or a little wider. Thick frames are actually encouraged when dealing with round faces, so keep an eye out for that as well.

If you have an oval face…

Lucky for you, pretty much anything will look nice! I wouldn’t go with an oval frame, but you can definitely pull off anything from circular shades, shields, aviators and square frames. Also, don’t think about frame thickness too much because whether they be thin or thick, they should look fine.

If your face is oblong…

Your face shape is longer than it is wide, but the bottom half of your face is the same width as the top half. Round or square frames are the best way to go for you, which is great because you’ll be able to be diverse with your choices. You probably want to make sure that they aren’t wider than your face. You can dress it up a bit by getting sunglasses with cool detailing, studs or fancy designs.

If you have a heart-shaped face…

There are multiple things that you should be looking for. Sunglasses with a flat top line are great as well as certain oval sunglasses. Also, get some emphasis on the eyes going because it will soften up the features of the lower half of your face. You can try cat eye shape, aviators and rimless.

You can also go to Bloomingdales. Over there they have separated the style for you according to your face shape :)

*These are just guidelines, sometimes rules are meant to be broken, as seen on Fergie with square face

So don't limit yourself, coz fashion is meant to be fun rite? ;)
